We are a registered British company working from the UK with local representation and customer support in France.
We can get almost any item in the professional decorator's repertoire within a short period of time. We hold no stock. we are a UK exporting operation rather than a French importer. To avoid potential problems, and massive taxes(?) we prefer it like this to maintain the position of a UK operation rather than a French "shop".
We ship locally in France or you can collect if you wish, we meet many people all over France as they take the opportunity to travel. We are based in the north of the Dordogne.
We sell products in pounds sterling, local shipping if it supplied by a French carrier is priced in Euro and interpreted at a rational, non punitive exchange rate. We ask you to pay by sterling cheque or sterling cash.

We cannot refund for cancelled orders - sorry. Colours, waxes, special items and so forth are, in all circumstances, non refundable. Goods are to be paid for at time of ordering or by other specific arrangement.
