Sikkens BL Opaque
Cetol BL Opaque is a premium quality paint-like finish offering significant durability, environmental and Best Value benefits compared with traditional paints. Its superb covering power means that only two coats are required whether the timber specified is bare, new, previously painted or stained. NB. On certain timbers with high extractive levels such as Meranti, Sapele, Mahogany or Utile or on resinous softwoods, at least one coat of the stain blocking primer Cetol BL Primer T is recommended prior to the application of Cetol BL Opaque. Cetol BL Primer will reduce discoloration of subsequent coatings, and is particularly recommended when white or a pale colour of Cetol BL Opaque is to be applied.
