The ZINSSER Plus Mold & Mildew-Proof* Commercial Wall covering System is guaranteed to prevent mildew on the primer film and adhesive for up to 5 years when two coats of Shieldz® Plus primer and undiluted Sure-Grip Plus adhesive are applied according to label directions.
If Mildew on the primer or adhesive film causes stains to appear through the wall covering or causes the wall covering to lose its adhesion within 5 years from the date of installation, ZINSSER will replace the primer, adhesive and wall covering in the problem area.

Unlike ordinary paint, PERMA-WHITE® is guaranteed for five years to provide protection of the dried paint film from mildew. It comes in a brilliant white, satin finish that can be custom tinted to off-white and pastel shades. PERMA-WHITE® Mildew-Proof* House & Trim Paint is 100% acrylic water-base paint. It is recommended for residential, commercial, and institutional use.
PERMA-WHITE® House & Trim Paint has a harder, slicker film than what is commonly found in other acrylic house paints. It is highly resistant to moisture, and it also is crack and peel resistant.
